1. Online registration
Registration consists of 2 steps:
- filling in an online form and confirmation of email address (valid email address required).
- payment of application fee (credit card details required).In the first step, the owner should fill in the form with common identification and contact information. After the form is submitted, an email with the confirmation link is sent. By clicking on this link, the owner activates his profile and obtains "candidate" status. With this status the owner can log onto the system. No operations can be performed before registration is completed. If the following step is not completed, the "candidate" profile will be deleted by one day.

2. Registration, application fee.
Now the owner can log in. When logged in, the owner should enter the 'OWNERS/activation' section. There is a form for payment by credit card. You should only use the card with the same first and last name as defined in the registration form during the first step. The application fee is 5€. It is possible to get a discount if you contact us. When the payment transaction is completed, the owner has finished the registration process and can start P2Market-distributed trading. To start you should log in again.

3. Registration (optional).
To transfer money from the owner's P2Market account to the owner's bank-account we require your bank account data. The owner can register his bank account details in section "owner/profile/bank".

4. Starting work, adding products
Now owner can enter the P2P-shop section although there are no products here. There are two ways of adding products. One way is by going to "NEW" and then registering the product on-line. Another is to prepare an Excel sheet listing all your products and then to send us the list. We will register all products from this list. If you have a lot of products it makes sense to prepare an Excel sheet and register all products in one step. You can also register new products any time later. For example, you register a song online "Song Y" of rock-group "X-group".

5. Searching for files in P2P networks
This part of the work is done by P2Market. We search through different P2P networks to find files, containing your copyright-protected content. There can be many different files for one product: different formats, qualities etc. For example for song 'Song Y' we may find 3 files :
- X-group.Song_Y.mp3
- x-group-concert-live-london-song_y.mp3
- cd5_track_8_song_y.mp3
We will search for such files in all P2P networks and register them in our database. Next time the owner enters the P2P-shop, he will find these files under the corresponding product.

6. Monitoring
Copyright owner can monitor his copyrighted files in P2P networks. P2Market locate files and store file information in database. Owner can login in P2Market system and check what are his copyrighted files in P2P networks. Copyright owner can use P2Market for free for monitoring even without startng trading.

7. Trade parameters
Before starting trading it makes sense to learn simple trading rules of P2Market:

1. The copyright owner defines 2 trade parameters for each file: a minimum price (copy-price, COPR) and a copy-tax (COTX). "Minimum price" goes to copyright owner. "Copy-tax" is applied only if user-seller sells higher than the COPR price.
If seller's price is YUOR_PRICE=COPR+ADDITIONAL_PRICE, than "Copy-tax" sum is COTX% percent of ADDITIONAL_PRICE. "Copy-tax" goes to copyright owner too.
2. From each sale 10% is paid to P2Market.

8. Trading costs
5 % are subtracted from the received income. It is the price of use of a credit card by P2Market users. Thus charges for credit cards pass to the one who receives money.

9. Starting trade
Starting trade means defining trade parameters for a file and setting the status to "OPEN". Please note that by submitting files for distribution in P2Market networks you are declaring that you are copyright owner of that file. Only you are responsible for this declaration. If you believe that you are not copyright owner of the file, please report this to us by pressing "not owner" link near the file's name.

10. Money transfer
P2Market transfers money to owner's bank account once per month.
