Anyone is permitted to copy and distribute verbatim copies of this license document, but changing it is not allowed.
1. This license applies to any file distributed in P2Market networks if the copyright holder ("owner") did not declare another.
Activities other than copying and distribution are not covered by this license; they are outside its scope. The act of "using" the file is not restricted if "using" does not contradict statements of this licence, local or international laws. Whether that is true or not depends on what the file is.
2. You may copy and distribute verbatim copies of the file as you receive it, only in the boundaries of P2Market network.
You may or must charge a fee for the physical act of transferring a copy according to the rules of P2Market network (see: "P2Market customer agreement").
